Aaron Mai
Director / General Manager

Aaron been in the security industry for 16 years, starting his career as a trainee technician with Safeguard Alarm and soon rising to a senior installation role. After a year in sales in 2010 he left to became the Lower North Island Territory Manager for Zone Technology, specialising in CCTV design, implementation, and sales.

After two years as a Business Development Manager within a corporate environment Aaron decided the time had come set up on his own account and bought Wellington Security Ltd. Aaron’s areas of expertise include key account management, asset management, and he has a strong understanding of facilities and property management. Aaron is also a member of ASIS International.

He enjoys family life, with two children under five and understands what it means to make his family feel safe at home.
